Monday Morning Jog

Good jog this morning. This averages out to 14:25/mile, so it’s slow and steady progress. The weight workout yesterday didn’t seem to affect todays performance; I’m only a little sore.
Yesterday was a day of eating, as I gorged on pizza, chicken wings, macaroni salad, deviled eggs, beer, candy, nuts, brownies, eclairs, tequila, dip, and crackers. What a day of festivities as I got together with buddies to enjoy the playoffs. That doesn’t include the bacon and eggs I devoured at breakfast.
269 Pounds and Steppin’ Out
I put on the pedometer and managed 6791 steps on the first day of tracking. Down to 269 pounds. The highlight today was the Cesar Salad at the cafeteria. This is one of the best and low carb delicious with just romaine lettuce, parmasan cheese, chicken, and cesar salad dressing. Sometimes I’ll have them go shrimp and anchoves.
I love this fat story involving the restaurant charging the two fellas for eating too much at the buffet. I’d sue…heck, everyone else is.
